Transformative Community Engagement Conversation Follow-Up
Message from Artie:
The Transformative Community Engagement summary report Community Science wrote for DRIVE. It will expand on what David was sharing on Tuesday.
It’s basically a community-wide strategy of how to create a culture of transformative community engagement/power building amongst CBOs, institutions, block groups, etc.
Elliott at the meeting mentioned some recent info to a study that links connecting individuals in different social-economic statuses can help with economic upward mobility.
I’ll get back to everyone with a “next step” from Tuesday’s conversation. Many of you have contacted me with a desire to see this continue. I just want it to be purposeful for us.
