Andi is halfway through a coaching certification with New Leaf that equips leaders in their personal and professional development to increase confidence and reach their potential.
Coaching is now something that you have access to schedule for FREE or you could also use your scheduled 1:1 with Andi for coaching as well. Andi is still being trained and not yet formally certified, but is at the point in the course where she could coach professional to build up hours towards that certification.

CREATE ACTION grants are designed to make a long-lasting impact for local organizations and the communities they serve. Selected organizations will receive direct funding, Sony Electronics products and a custom-created promotional film, as well as many other opportunities for collaboration, partnership and marketing support.
The Organization shall collaborate with Sony’s photographer/videographer to create a video/photographs to promote the Organization, its Action Plan and the Grant Program on a timeline defined together with Sony.
The Sierra Grant Program offers community-driven grants, usually between $1,000 to $5,000, to local non-profits who are making a difference in the Bank’s footprint.
Bank of the Sierra accepts grant applications during four quarterly cycles every year. Please take this timeframe into consideration when applying for a specific program or event. Grants received during the quarter will be reviewed and awarded during the first month of the following quarter.

The City of Fresno’s Housing and Community Development Division has posted a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the new construction of Affordable Rental Housing Development.
The City is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced developers for new construction of affordable rental housing developments restricted to households with average incomes of no more than 60% AMI with a minimum of 30% of units to support households with an average income of no more than 30% AMI.
The application period starts March 6, 2023 and ends April 17, 2023 at 3 PM. Applications can be submitted electronically via Planet Bids.
