Hello CEDP Partners,

Thank you to all who have submitted your organization's Community Engagement Logic Model.  Buy-in from your board and staff is the next step in implementing those goals!
The created logic model is a tool to communicate those outlined goals to all your stakeholders and an outline for recruiting funding for the work you are doing!

Please use your CEDP Group meetings and/or CEDP 1:1 to further learn and share how to implement your community engagement goals.

Warmly,

Andi Lambert
