Happy start to a new month! Many of you are working on significant projects that are growing your organization's capacity, your board development, and your impact in your neighborhood. It's an honor to hear your updates!
For those of you who have not reached out to another partner for resources or updates, I want to encourage you to try it this month! Here is the CEDP Roster; don't forget to utilize one of CEDP's best assets-the relationships with each other. You can also always access it at the bottom of every newsletter.
See you next week at our CEDP All Partner Meeting where a couple of partners will do a resource share and Q&A!

ENP In-Person Meeting
Real Estate Readiness 1: Financial Readiness for a Real Estate Project
Thurs, Feb 9 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM || Bitwise - 2721 Ventura St
Join this FREE workshop for community organizations who are embarking on a facility project. This session will be a lunch and learn (bag lunch, snacks provided) with special guest Esther Carver, Executive Director of Lowell CDC. Lowell CDC’s Mission is to improve the quality of life in the Lowell neighborhood through community engagement, equitable housing, and historic diversity.
This session will help you assess your organization’s financial readiness as we explore:
How to use financial ratios to understand your organization’s financial health and stability
How to look at the implications of occupancy costs on your budget and what you might be able to afford
Strategies to establish a reserve to support a real estate project or other organizational innovation
This workshop is ideal for executive directors, senior managers, and board members who are looking for real estate solutions for their organization. Executive directors and board chairs are strongly encouraged to attend together. We recommend that you attend all three sessions of this series, but each workshop will still provide valuable information if attended on its own.

City Of Fresno || Tiny Home Village CEDP Proposal Several partners within the CEDP Housing Workgroup have developed a Tiny Home Village proposal for partnership with the City in ADU development and management.
I am currently working with a few partners on website development, creation, and edits. I recently reached out to a website designer, Ashley Harper, who may be open to talking about a group discount if we have multiple partners who have website projects.
Do you have a potential website project you'd like to get a quote for? A project could be:
Website revamp
Website features (maps, 1 page, etc)
Website edits that are beyond my ability
If you have a website project in mind and a budget you're able to contribute towards, please email me and let me know the scope of the project and potential budget.
