How would you like to organize GETTING photos/videos from staff, volunteers, and/or community members? (Hashtags, Google docs, Texts, Email…)
List out the events/activities that you would like photos of?
How many photos/videos are you hoping they send you for each community event?
It is wise to ask 3-4 people to be a part of taking photos at each event they attend. List out at least 2-3 residents/staff that you will ask to intentionally document the events they attend.
When you invite people to join you in social media communication, these points are helpful to communicate upfront:
The organization’s WHY.
The values you want to communicate online.
How the photos/videos will contribute to the values.
What you want them to capture.
How many photos/videos you would like for each event they attend.
